PRAKASH NARAYANAN
(PRINCIPAL TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANT)
Prakash holds a B.AppSc(Hons) degree in Mathematics and having been involved in the IT industry for the past 25 years, has attained premier certifications from various professional bodies such as Microsoft and Cisco.
He holds many impressive credentials such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Systems Instructor (CCSI). He is also one of the primary group of trainers trained by the Security Certified Program for Asia-Pacific, further hardening his skills in securing the network infrastructure which includes Microsoft, Cisco, Linux and Checkpoint Firewall among other products. His most recent certifications revolve around Cloud Services and Cloud Solution Architecture. He has been involved in the corporate training sector for the past 24 years, providing high quality training to networking professionals and systems engineers.
His knowledge and expertise in various technologies including security has been monumental in helping organizations implement IT systems, understand the threats against them and secure their IT infrastructures against security vulnerabilities. Among some of the organizations benefiting from his expertise are government and various financial institutions. With his experience, academic knowledge as a trainer, and technical expertise in integrating various networking, hardware, software, cloud services and security components, the level of service provided by Solve IT Consultancy is expected to be of a very high standard.
GINA FANG
(LEAD TRANSFORMATION CONSULTANT)
Gina graduated from The Nottingham Trent University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. She also holds a professional qualification from the American Society of Quality which is the ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. She began her career in the semiconductor industry where she was first introduced to Six Sigma.
She first attained the Yellow Belt certification and went on to obtain the Green Belt certification before completing with the ASQ CSSBB. She has completed numerous Six Sigma projects successfully resulting in monetary rewards and recognition in her work. Having been involved in the process team, she has a solid practical background and is no stranger to quality tools such as the Control Plan, FMEA, Poka Yoke, Regression Analysis, DOE, MSA, SPC, etc.
She uses these methodologies to add value to the projects which we deliver to our customers resulting in a better managed IT department. Gina is also our resident expert in client-side applications and services, focusing on Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft 365 and Business Intelligence solutions such as Excel and Power BI. She designs and delivers custom trainings and solutions incorporating the various Microsoft technology components.
